I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious with a very comfortable big bed, but the noise from the main road can be bothersome if you're sensitive to it. The service was efficient and friendly, with everything just a phone call away, but not very helpful with directions or questions. The location is central and convenient, close to many attractions but disappointed by the lack of hot water. The dining options were good overall but could use more variety. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with great amenities.
